Wedding stationery

RSVP Staffordshire has been producing unique, creative stationery for just under a decade.

More than 20 standard designs are available. The ranges include; day and evening invitations, menus, order of the day/ service cards, save the date cards, table plans, table name/number cards, favour boxes/ bags, and ‘thank you’ note lets.

We have a large range of color options for all of our standard designs, and we can usually match card, embellishments, ribbons and paper to most fabric swatches and color schemes.

We have created countless designs for couples who seek something truly individual, through our personal design service.

As we design, create ad print everything ourselves, the flexibility for choice is infinite, and we can usually find a suitable design that suits the clients’ taste, desires and importantly, their budget.

Will you send a proof?

Once you have placed your order, an e-mail proof will be sent to you for your approval.

Please check all details thoroughly, in particular spelling of names, places, and all dates. Then return to us as quick as possible, to avoid any delay in printing time.

Your order will be printed and dispatched once we receive your signed proof.

When will I get my order?

Your stationery order will be dispatched to the address specified by you, within 28 working days of receiving your signed proof.

PLEASE NOTE 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ON ORDER WITH 50% BALANCE DUE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. UPON RECEIPT OF ORDER WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO REQUEST YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT

I am late, and need my stationery urgently...Can you help?

Definitely yes, we offer RSVP Express Service that allows you to cut delivery time to only 14 days*. This service is subject to an extra £20 charge.

What about envelopes?

Envelopes are included in the cost with all day/evening invitations, thank you cards, and some RSVP cards.

Do I have to pay for a samples?

Yes, however don’t forget, that you can claim the cost of your samples back when you decide to place an order.
