Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 4 working days providing all items are in stock. Personalised items may take up to 10 working days(unless otherwise stated). Please check before ordering.

Delivery charges

Our standard postage and packaging charge is £4.99 (UK Mainland) which will be added to your order as you proceed through the shopping basket. Stationery postage and packaging prices vary. Will be agreed at the point of sale..

How will my parcel be sent?

Parcels weighing less than 2 kg will be sent by First Class Royal Mail and should arrive within three to five working days although may take longer.

Parcels weighing over 2 kg will be sent by our courier.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging.

When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. Please ensure you pack your returned parcel carefully. Items damaged in the post cannot be refunded.

Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.

Confectionery, engraved and/or personalised items & Jewellery may not be returned unless faulty. Faulty goods will be refunded/replaced; we willl not be held liable for any additional loses incurred as a result of the fault.
